How to relieve lower back pain

If you’re experiencing lower back pain, there are plenty of things you can do to help reduce the severity and duration of your symptoms. Here are some tips to get started:

1. Take a break from your day-to-day routine. If you can’t shake the pain, sitting or standing for extended periods of time may not be very comfortable, but it may be the best way to ease into a more relaxed state. Taking short breaks throughout the day may also help keep you energized and alert.

2. Exercise regularly. A good way to reduce inflammation and improve blood circulation is through regular exercise. However, make sure to listen to your body – if you start feeling too much pain, stop immediately. Exercising on an empty stomach may also be more effective because it stimulates the digestive system and clears out toxins.
